ADAM
Adam has been in the hair industry for 20 years. Those two decades have taken him around the world where he has shared his knowledge and gained much more.
Education has been the backbone of Adam’s career. Having started with an apprenticeship in his English hometown of Preston, he later moved to TONI&GUY in Manchester where he fell in love with the technical approach to cutting hair.
This led him into teaching and not long after he took charge of TONI&GUY's training for the north of England. London soon beckoned, and there, surrounded by international hairdressers of great talent and renown, he pushed himself to expand his own abilities and creative horizons.
After several years of travelling the world teaching creative cutting techniques and working at fashion weeks throughout Europe, he returned to working behind the chair and established a destination salon in London's east end.
In 2015, Adam moved to Australia with his young family. In opening friends&family, he hopes to bring some of the creative energy and style of London to Sydney.
NATALIE
Natalie is a Sydneysider, born and raised. She has over 18 years experience in the industry and has spent the last 10 years working in Soho, London.
Based in the creative hub of the city Natalie not only cut the hair of creatives, she also had the opportunity to collaborate with them – shooting editorials for Hunger magazine and working alongside session stylists.
Natalie loves simple, beautiful uncomplicated hair, preferring to work with people’s natural texture to leave the client feeling very much themselves.
